Oh the Book Girl

I have always enjoyed Gail Carriger’s Parasol Protectorate Series, but seeing her in person took things to a whole new level.  She is character.  The archeologist turned writer arrived in delightfully whimsical 1940’s inspired dress and I knew she was going to be fabulous.

And again, if you missed it, there’s still time to pick up signed copies of her books at Murder by the Book, except for the new manga - completely sold out.  How do I know this?  I bought the last copy myself!!!!!!
